- (continued from previous page)In Castlemartin there is a grave yard which is hundreds of years old. there are not many graves in it but the head stones are of this shape (the shape is a tall rectangle) and made of stone.
About five years ago an unbaptised child was buried in it. There is the ruins of a church and a castle in it.
In Gilltown there is a grave yard with an old vault in it. It is a small wood now because long ago young trees were sown in it.Paddy Nugent.
