- My New Book 30-6-1937The name of my new book is "A Lad of the O'Friel's. The author of my book is Seumas MacManus and he also wrote some more books and those are the names of a few of them "The Bend of the Road", "The Hard-Hearted Man" and the story of the Irish Race. My book is nicely covered with card-board and there is nice blue cloth out side on it. The name of the book is printed in dark yellow. My book contains thirty chapters and one hundred and eighty four pages and each chapter tells some incident about the life of Dinny O'Friel.
