  1. Churning 12-1-1938
    A few days ago the teacher told us to find out as much as we were able about churning. In the next few paragraphs I will describe all I know about it. I have a new churn at home but I will tell all I am able about the old one.
    The old churn is about four feet high and the top and bottom are not the same breadth. The bottom is about two feet wide and the top about a foot and a half. The sides of it are almost straight. There are three parts in it, the dash, handles and the lid.
