  1. Seán a Sagart was a man who lived ober in Ballyheane. his real name was John Mullowney. He was employed by Cromwell to kill priests. He used to get five pounds for every priests head. On one occasion he pretended to be sick and dying so he sent for the priest when the came he was in bed with a knife concealed under his pillow.
