  1. We sow about half an acre of potatoes every year. When we are going to sow potatoes we plough the ground. Then we harrow first with a spring-tooth harrow and then pin-harrow. The spring tooth harrow is used for breaking the sods. The pin harrow is used to gather any weeds that may be on the ground. The chain-harrow is used next.
