  1. Sty. If you have a sty in your eye bless it with a gooseberry thorn and it will be cured.
    Warts. I you have warts on your hands get a stone and tip them with it. Make the sign of the cross on them. Put the stone in a box and the first person to pick it up will get the warts.
    Sprain. If you sprain your ankle put a poultice of comfry on it.
    Whooping cough. If you have the whooping cough get mares milk and boil it. Drink it and you will be cured.
    Lump on the head. If you have a lump on your head put a key on it and the lump will go away.
    Bleeding nose. If your nose is
