  1. Every boy and girl find it a great amusing thing in the long Winter nights making toys.
    Girls make rag dolls, out of old material. First they get a middling sized potato for her head. Then they scoop out two little holes for her eyes, and a little bit for her mouth and nose. They roll little pieces of candle grace into balls, and put them in the holes. If they like they can colour the eyes with a coloured pencil. For the body they get a little bag, and stuff it , and then sews
