There is a lone bush beside it. There are steps going down to this well.
- This pool is situated underneath Ardmulchan on the river Boyne it is said that the bells of the church of Ardmulchan were thrown into this pool during the reformation.
- This well is in Ongerstown not far from Ardbracken.
