    We sow an acre of potatoes of different varities every year. The types sown are "Great Scott" and "Golden Wander". They are sown in drills and it the workman, Paddy Burke who prepares the drills. We put farm - yard manure with a supplement of 8 - 10 cwts of artifical manure. This is composed
