  1. On every Christmas night a Christmas candle is left lighting all night in honour of our Lord.
    Holly is used to decorate the houses on the days before and after Christmas and palm is worn on Palm Sunday.
    A cross is worn on Patricks Day and on St. Brigid night the children dress up and go around from house to house and get something from the people.
    Special store is set for the straw got from the crib at Christmas because it can cure diseases.
