  1. One night a man on a side car was passing along Benada convent. He had nobody with him so he felt very nervous. Suddenly figure of a man appeared and jumped up on the side car. The driver was frightened and shouted to the ghost to go down off the car but the man neither spoke nor moved. A second time he told him to clear down but the ghost did not pay any attention to him.
Then he spoke and said to the drive:
"Remember man as you pass by
As you are now so one was I
As I am now so shall you be
Remember death and think of me".
He jumped off the side car and disappeared in the graveyard. He was never seen again.
