  1. There lived a man in Brackry more named John Mac Kearney. He was born blind and was a great poet. He composed many songs, and here are the names of the songs he composed, "The Mully's Chapel Bell," and another one the Rosary.
    He was a big strong man, and lived to be sixty years of age, and is buried in Kill Ruask graveyard.
    "The Mully's Chapel Bell."
    What silvery sounds pervades the air and rings throughout the year. What joyful tidings does it bear, What message does it tell. The heavenly message that was sent to Mary in her sell. Thrise daily is expounded by the Mullys Chapel Bell.
