  2. Paddy the Irishman and a Scotchman named Jock came over to Ireland. As the had had a long journey they were tired and sat down to rest behind a petrol tank. Paddy the Irishman said to Jock, What is that? Jock replied I dinny ken and Paddy said that is was the biggest dinner can he ever saw,

  3. In Ireland in olden times people were very superstitious and believed in ghosts and fairies. There is a funny story told of a man and his wife who lived in county Cavan.
