Although it may not please you all it will do myself quite well And when it does I do not mind the truth to you I’ll tell. I often sang a song before and well do I declare. So Tom you’ll come along with me as ‘tis we to get this the chance. To see how we both can charm them you’ll sing and I will dance. Tom thought this was a splendid chance to get away so far. So he wrapped his coat well round him as he left for Killinkere.
