  1. Penal Times
    In the Penal Times there were people hunting a Priest and he asked people named Annesley to hide him but they were and are still Protestants.
    There was a woman churning and she put him in the churn. They people who were after him went in and looked for him, but they did not find him.
    After they went the woman let him out of the churn and he thanked the people and said that the family of Annesley would never be in want. And from that day to this they never did want. And they still live in Arklow.
