  1. There is a Holy Well in Kilranelagh Churchyard, it is called St Brigid's well. It is said to cure pains, People who have pains go to this well and pray, and they leave a token at it, a holy picture, or a ribbon.
    There is another Holy Well on Mr Kelly's ground, Talbotstown, Barony Brockna, Co. Wicklow. People make pilgrimages to it, and leave holy pictures and holy medals at it.
    The name of this well is, "Tobar na Christhamaun".
