  1. There was once a man named Tom Neill who was a badge trapper and he lived in Vallyemount. One night he went to Ballinagee hill to trap badgers.
Having caught one he put it in the sack. He was returning home and when he was coming down by the Wooden-cross he heard a voice in Ballinagee hill calling !"Toby Toby"! where are you Toby.
The badger made answer and said "I am here in a sack on Tom Neills back"
Tom threw down the sack and ran home frightened of his life.
