  2. In olden times what we now call "The Fraughan Bushes" was all Little Sugarloaf. The Earl of Meath got all his workmen and tenants to surround all the fraughan bushes with a large stone wall and claimed it Private Property. In this park the people congregate for amusement to gather fraughans.
