    Food in olden times
    In olden times people used to eat three meals a day.
    They used to get porridge for their breakfast, potatoes for their dinner and porridge for their supper.
    People used to get out of bed at five oclock and work to eight oclock and get their breakfast at half past eight
    Buttermilk was used at every meal in olden times.
    The old people used to sit around the table in the middle of the floor when they were taking their meals.
    They used to eat wheaten bread and barley bread.
    There was no meat or vegetables used in olden times.
    In olden times people used to have tea only on Christmas Day and New Years Day.
    In olden times people got only two meals a day. The times long ago were very hard times. The people had to eat potatoes with salt and
