    Bird Lore
    The wild birds commonly found in this district are the robil, the thrush, the rook, the magpie, the sparrow, the black bird, the snipe, the wren, the yellow hammer, the hawk, the gold finch, the lark, the wag tail, the jackdaw, and the tomtit. The robin, the wren, the wag tail and the sparrow build their nests in ditches. The black bird, the thrush, rush the tomtit, and the gold finch build their nests in furze.
