We'll ne'er forget the fight you fought this morning in Coolroe.
    This song was made by
    Patrick Cowman Ballyhack
It was made the time of the Coolroe Evictions in the year 1888.

  2. The Barley.
Mr Hearne is a nice man.
As nice as can be found.
He bought a lot of Barley,
    From the neighbours all around.
    He gave them sixteen shillings
And they thought it would be a pound,
And now he is giving tickets
And they dont know what they mean.
But I heard that he was giving them.
A free run to Dublin on the train.
    11
Big David O Connor he is sure to make a seat
But Paddy Croke he made a run to Ross
And he heard he was too late.
