  1. Once there was a boy who used to go to a house to play cards. He used to win money every night. No matter where he went, he always carried a pack of cards with him. One night he was crossing the stile on his way home a man said to him;
    "Did you win tonight Jack?"
    "I did", said Jack
    The man said come on and challenge me in a game of cards. They sat down by the side ditch and began to play.
