- There are many heroes in Meath, but the one whom I prefer is the great poet Brian O'Higgins. His poems on religious and Christmas cards are unexcelled at the present day. His "Gaelic Capitals" which help to beautify his cards, are a marvellous imitation of those found in the "Book of Kells".
