  1. Not many miles from the town of Drogheda there stands a two storey house. In earlier days the house was kept by a wealthy protestant farmer He, like most wealthy people was a great miser so he concealed his money in a secret-safe intending to give it to his daughter.
    Some months later he was killed in a motor accident and so no one knew where he kept his money. Although the house was searched over and over again it could not be found. It is said that the farmer comes back every night looking for his money.
