    A man was sentenced to be hanged. He would get his reprieve if he told twelve lies.

Connaich mé sliabh Ue Gopaidh ag an toreach ar béal mach srían. Connaic mé teampull ag fághadh na relige, agus ce'n mór bréagh ar bréag teireannach. Is fior dhuith a grádh said his wife in the court. The first lie was as big as the last and he was executed because he told one word of the truth.
