  1. In my locality long ago there were two shops, Joyce's and O'Hara's. There used to be cake cars outside the church gate on Sundays and Holy Days. Mrs. Casey and Mrs. Hanley used to sell sweets and cakes and sea grass. But no one sells these things on Sundays now. No one would buy anything on Monday because if you bought anything on Monday you would be buying for the whole week.
