    This plant is pulled and boiled and it is good for stiff joints.
    Spunk leaf:- This leaf is a very bad weed for the ground and it spreads very very quickly.
    Blood weed is a weed that grows in good land. It is called Blood weed because it grew at the foot of Our Lord's Cross and drops of Blood fell on it.
    Corn-Cale is a bad plant for the soil and it spreads quickly.
    Bainne na n-éan is a poisonous weed.
    Chicken weed is another bad weed for the land.
    Buacalán Bhuide is a good plant for sheep.
    Dock-root is a very bad weed for the land.
    The Thistle is also a bad weed for the land.
    Nettle is a plant that people can eat.
    Dandelion grows in ditches and it is very easy to find.
    Bainicín:- This plant grows along headlands of fields. It has a fuzzy top and if it is bruised stuff like milk will come out. It is poisonous to cattle.
    Water Cress is used as food for people.
