    In every district there are fairy places. Very near our house there is a hill and at the top of the hill there is a corner called 'Cooney's Corner' I asked my father why is it called such a name, but as he didn't know I asked Jack [?]. He said he was coming down from Coolagown one night and he expected to meet a friend of his. This man had the habit of screeching in the night. This night Jack heard the screeching.
