  1. Local Place Names
    I live in a place called Fortlands. It is situated about a mile and a half from the town of Rath Luirc. It got the name of Fortlands because there are a number forts and moats around it.
    There is a big bog near Rath Luirc and it is owned by Dan Rea. It is situated near Harrisons Place. There is no turf in it now but there was long ago.
