  1. I could make a snare of wire. The wire is sold in balls for 3d 6d and 1s. The snare can be easily made by putting a nail through the eye in the wire and tying it to the cover of a pot and twisting the cover. When it is twisted enough take it off and put the end of the wire through the end with the eye in it. Then tie a strong cord to it and and tie a peg to the cord. The snare is now ready.
