    These are true and happened in Tibohivie Parish
    I asked an old man for a funny story + these are his ideas of funny tales.
    Mickey Jordan, of Cortoonmore Ballaghaderreen, next door to the Don School was OConnor Don's bailiff and sort of rent agent. he used to go around and do the dirty work for the landlord's gang of rent collectors. Mickey was very great with his neighbour, Sean ban Duffy also of Corhoonmore and it came to pass that Mickey had to serve a notice to quit on Sean ban but Sean ban kept the door well barred when he expected the feirin from Mickey with the result that
