When we have them miked we strain it into a large tub. We leave them on a table, until it gets sour. Then we put it into a churn. Then we churn it. It takes one hour for to churn it. When it is churned we make the butter. We do have about twelve pounds of butter. We sell some of it and we keep the rest for to eat.
