    sleep. At midnight the leipreachan came and he spreaded a cloak over one of the soldiers, and put a purse by the side of the other soldier, When they awoke in the morning they saw the things. One of the soldier's opened the purse and he found it full of gold, and no matter when he opened it, it was always full of gold. The other soldier had the cloak & no matter what he wished for it always stood before him. Here is another story I told locally about the Leipreachan One night a (no) man was going home from the fair where he had brought a lovely horse. It cost him all his money to buy it.
