   The wild birds in my district are, the wren, the cuckoo, the crow, the corncrake, the blackbird, the swallow, the sparrow, the wagtail, the lark, the yellow-hammer, the mag pie, the starling, the hawk, the thrush, the wood quest, the robin, the curlieu, the sea-gull, the partridge, the stone-chatter, the jack-daw, and the crane.

   The cuckoo and swallows migrate. The wren builds her nest in the roof of a house and sometimes in the ivy on a house. The cuckoo builds no nest but lays her eggs in another bird's nest. The crow builds hers of small twigs on the top of a high tree. The corncrake builds her nest in the meadow. The blackbird builds her nest in a low bush. The swallow builds her nest in the roof of a house. The way-tail builds her nest in the eave of a house. The lark builds her nest on the ground. The mag-pie builds her nest on the top of a high tree. The snipe builds her nest on the ground. The hawk builds her nest on the top of a very high tree. The thrush builds her nest in a bush. The wood-quest builds
