    This is the way it is done. A riddle is propped up outside with a stick to which a card is fastened. The card is taken in through the window. There is some meat or corn placed under the riddle. Then the birds go in to eat at the meat. Then the cord is pulled which takes away the stick and the riddle falls and the birds are in under it.
