There are other fine buildings I had not yet mentioned
But it is my intention to name them as well
There is the County Asylum where can you get finer
The Holy Friars Chapel and the Railway Hotel.

Then moving more southwards direct towards the mountain
Where everything beautiful is to be seen
Cahernane by the Flesk River with scenes of great splendour
And quarries of limestone all around Clohereen
    6
There's the ruins of the abbey in your route you shall pass it,
You will be attracted by all things so gay
The old pull-asunder (ruin) 'twould remind you of Cromwell
And I ask you all present where is he to-day
    7
There's Mucross enchanting with asquisite grandeur
No eye can imagine its dazzling fine scenes
With wild-wooded mountains and clear crystal fountains
Rushing out towards all quarters in bubling clear streams
