  1. "Mr. Sam Hussey" was the Local Landlord. He was generally known as "Sam". The family were settled in the district for about 120 years. They were looked upon generally as bad bold daring Landlords. There were no evictions in the locality, except two and the people were re-instated after six months in one case and nine months in the other. The families were housed and kept by their relatives in the meantime.
    ""Mr. Sam Hussey"" was the local landlord's agent, the landlord being Lord Osborne was was looked upon as being a good fair + just landlord. Lands were divided into forms under his guidance and again some forms were divided among members of families on marriage.
