  1. The people long ago had not the same kind of food like the food that is now.
    They used to take three meals a day, one in the morning at ten o'clock and they would eat at that meal porridge and new milk. They had their dinner in the middle of the day and they used to have a basket in the middle of the floor and it full potatoes and all the people would sit on the floor in a ring around. They used to eat the potatoes in their hands and noggins full of butter milk.
    They had their supper at seven oclock in the evening and they used to take porridge and new milk.
