  2. Most of the country people around here get married at Shrove. The town people get married at Easter or after Shrove.
    The people around here say that it is unlucky to get married in August and also on a Monday. They say also that it is unlucky to get married in green.
    Most of the country people make matches, and some of the townspeople make them too.
