    scrubbed & clean. As the milk came to the boil she took her noggin dipped it into the milk, took the full of it out, threw it into the churn saying as she did so "In ainm an Athar agus an Mhic agus an Spioraid Naomh" She continued taking out the milk in this way till the vessel in the pot was empty. Then the churning began. This time they had an unusually large return of butter, & after that they got their butter as usual.
