  2. Derrybrack is in the parish of Annadufff and barony of Mohill. The townland got its name, because long ago there was a large wood in it in which all sorts of trees grew.
    There are six families in it, and about 23 people. There are two old people in it and they are over seventy years old. It is separated from Roscommon by the Shannon. Some of the land is boggy
