- The names of the most harmful weeds growing on my farm, are the flags plant, thistle, and Buohalan. The last one mentioned being the most dangerous as it is poisonous and the animal that cats it get diseased. Those weeds mentioned spread rapidly and impoverish the soil. Herbs also grow in the land. The names of some of those are stone-crop, which is used for worms in human being, as well as beasts.The stone crop is boiled for 24 hours on new milk, and strained before used. Another herb, the dandelion which is prepared in a similar is used for the cure of consumption.The daisies and dock leaf are used as a rub for burns. The hearts of the daisies are extracted and boiled with unsalted butter, bour tree,(continues on next page)
