  2. In my locality there lived a man named John O Connell. He was a very strong man, as he weighed eighteen stone, ten pounds. Every day for his dinner he took three pounds of meat, and up to a stone of potatoes.
    He had five meals in the day, so you can guess, how he got so strong. In his youth he took part in athletics, running, jumping, weigh throwing etc.
