    and in the bottom they saw the pot of gold but there was a snake twined round it. When the people went down to take the gold out the snake began to whistle and immediately the lake began to fill again so the people fled for their lives. It is said that the waters of this lake are always black and that if you throw a stone into it all the colors of the rainbow will appear in the water.
