    We have about twenty hens. Hens are very useful. They give us eggs, and chickens. When w[e] call the hends we say "chuck chuck." Hens are of different colours. We have seven duck five black ones, and two white one. We have one turkey. She is of a grey colour. the turkey lays eggs, and hatches young on[es.] When we call the turkey we sa[y] "free free(?)." A turkey is a big bird, and very bold.
