    Fences were all tumbled down and trees were thrown out across the road.
    It started in the night time and the people were afraid to go to bed and they were up all night trying to keep their houses from falling down and they had sticks up against the roof trying to keep the thatch from flying away.
    There was a snow storm some years ago and the snow was higher than the fences or gates and you could walk over them.
    The blizzard lasted about a week and the day before it was a very warm day and the people were amazed to see the snow next day.
