    There were other people the name of Mr. and Mrs. Hugh, Crossan who lived in another of them, and now they are living in Carrick.There was an old woman the name of Mrs B Tease, who lived in the other. She died and left the old house. Then the roof fell off it.
    Years ago people used to go to America in little sailing boats. It took them six weeks to go. They took oat cake with them to eat on the way. It was the usual thing for people to go to America long ago. When they went they were about the age of fifteen or onwards.
