   Pat gathered a basket full himself and then he lay down to rest. He turned round to speak to Brigid and when he looked at her she was fast asleep. 
They stayed there till the tide was full in and then they started for home.

   Once upon a time there was a woman who could not get any butter off the milk, at anytime she churned. One day she got nine iron bars and put them into the fire. She started to churn and immediately the loud knock came to the door. The woman would not let her in
