- Widow Gamble's HillAt the top of the hill, there lived, fifteen years ago Mrs. Gamble. Her husband spent his life in doing good. When he died she continued his good work. And when her years were spent she bestowed her money on the poor. From that time to this the hill is called The Widow Gamble's Hill.
