A cure for a chillblain is to keep rubbing it hard with an onion and then hold it in front of the fire for as long as you can bear it. - When a person has been running constantly for over ten minutes he may get pains around his heart which are often caused by wind. The cure for this is for the person to swing his left arm around in a circle.
